#1. When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Generally, we ship your order within 1 or 2 days of payment received. On the odd occasion, this may vary due to circumstances out of our control. We will notify you if there any delay of the shipment.

#2. How much does the delivery cost?
We offer a fixed cost delivery Australia-wide of $12.95 for ALL orders weigh less than 3 kg.
For orders weigh more than 3 kg, the shipping fees will be charged as per Australia Post or other courier companies.

#3. Payment options
We accept Direct Transfer, Credit card (Visa/MasterCard/Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

#4. I’m concerned about giving my credit card details online, but I would like to make a purchase.
You can pay by ordering over the phone, or direct deposit.
