Ingredients

  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup almond meal
  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseeds
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil + extra to pan fry the pancakes
  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp kudzu (Buy here)

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in a high-performance blender and blend it for a minute or until no clumps.
  2. Rest for 10 minutes and allow the batter to thicken.
  3. Heat a frypan over a medium low heat and add a little coconut or olive oil.
  4. Spoon 2 tablespoons of pancake batter into the pan to form a circle and flatten slightly with the back of your spoon.
  5. Cook it over a medium low heat for 3 - 4 minutes before flipping it over and cook it for 1 - 2 minutes.
  6. Serve with 24-almond yogurt or a yogurt of your choice and a drizzle of maple syrup (100% maple extract which is Keto friendly)[1].
